At Eveline Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the list of beauty items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during transit, including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location to send it back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned cosmetics, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
